Customs duty charges are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.

 

A detailed invoice is required for all orders, including a picture and the cost of items purchased. Invoices must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving notification that your package has been delivered to our warehouse.

Please be advised that packages exceeding our 30-day maximum storage allowance will be removed from our shelves and discarded.

 

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly encourage all customers with packages nearing this 30-day limit to collect them promptly.
