1. Invoice Requirements
A detailed invoice is required for all orders, including a picture and the cost of the items purchased. Invoices must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving notification that your package has been delivered to our warehouse.

2. Customs & Import Charges
Personal packages valued at US$100 or less will generally not be subject to import duties, provided the shipment qualifies under the applicable customs threshold.

For packages over US$100, additional charges may apply if the package is selected for customs assessment. Depending on the shipment, charges may include:

Customs duties and taxes assessed by Jamaica Customs; or

The applicable Solo Express Service Charge, calculated at 30% of the total item value, plus the shipping charge based on weight.

3. Multiple Orders Combined Into One Package 📦

Please keep in mind that separate orders do not necessarily mean separate packages.

If you place multiple orders with Amazon, Walmart, SHEIN, TEMU, or another retailer and the items are combined into one package under a single tracking number, the total value of all items in that package will be used to determine the applicable charges.

Example: If three separate orders valued at US$45 each are combined and shipped under one tracking number, the package will be treated as having a total value of US$135, not three separate US$45 shipments.

4. Important Information
Please note: Customs duty charges are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.

Once items arrive together as one package under one tracking number, they cannot be treated as separate shipments for the purpose of calculating applicable charges. Please plan your orders accordingly, as exceptions cannot be made once items have been combined.
Please be advised that packages exceeding our 30-day maximum storage allowance will be removed from our shelves and discarded.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly encourage all customers with packages nearing this 30-day limit to collect them promptly.
